Delivery service
We use EMS (Express Mail Service by Japan Post Service Ltd) or DHL for international shipping.
Currently, we have complicated shipping methods and shipping countries by COVID-19. note that. The pull-down menu at the time of product purchase is the latest information.
Delivery charges
It is based on EMS or DHL delivery charges.
* Delivery charge costs individually per order.
* When ordered separately, two or more orders cannot be packed in one box when we ship basically.If there is consultation, please contact us from inquiry form.
* We inform you of a settled delivery charge by an order confirmation email after an order.Please confirm it by all means.
PayPal Fees and Exchange Fees

Delivery days
Usually it takes 1 to 3 weeks (It varies depending on order items and delivery area.)
It takes around two weeks on average till a load arrives. Some items made to order that it takes about 3 weeks. Please understand the situation.
Although shipped as quickly as possible, please understand the above-mentioned point.
* About the date of shipment, we will contact you by e-mail after Shipping prepared.
* TETSUFUKU and blacksmiths take a vacation year ends and New Year holidays. When there are orders between them, it takes about 2 weeks to 4 weeks.

Please tell us if you would like to exchange and returned items to our company by e-mail within five days after items arrival after confirming the following notes.
Please note that we cannot accept exchange and returned items from the 6th onward after items arrival.
When unnecessary, we repay the amount of money which deducted return expense by PayPal in [Japanese yen].
The conditions of returned items and exchange
Returned goods are received when it is judged that it is a fault of our company, because our items made to order.
Also we receive returned items that is initial failure. Sorry to trouble you, but please take a photo that is problem portion of the item, and send it by e-mail.
If the inferior goods has been received, we will exchange for a quality item, or we will refund you if you wish after you returned items to us by cash on delivery.
We will bear return postage of inferior goods.
The case of returned items and exchange by the customer's reason, delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

Only an intact items is received within five days after goods arrival, but delivery charges is borne by the customer. We can accept only unused goods.
About refund in the case of returned items
We refund by PayPal.
About a claim or payment of the difference in the case of exchange.

Conditions of Use
1. Mail Order Service
The mail order service in the member of this site is the service which can purchase the goods (henceforth "goods") which the registered user who provides in the following item offers on "TETSUFUKU" which Hiroshi Urata manages.
2. Conclusion of Sales Contract

3. Completion of Delivery

4. Returned-Goods Exchange

5. Means of Settlement
The payment method of the price for merchandise purchase is only PayPal settlement of accounts.
In addition, the mailing cost of goods serves as a registered user burden.
6. Ownership of Goods

7. Risk-bearing of Goods

8. Qualification

About order cancellation
Customers can cancel before Tetsufuku ships the product. (This is not possible as there is no way to retrieve the item after it has been shipped.)
All cancellations between the time an order is placed and the time it is shipped are at the discretion of the customer. In this case, we will refund the amount after deducting the PayPal fee incurred by us from the management screen based on Japanese yen. You are also responsible for the spread costs and fees for converting from Yen to the currency of the country in question.
We cannot ship unless the purchase is over 150 euros for EU and 135 pounds for UK.
Tetsufuku is not a business entity of a scale that can obtain IOSS tax approval, so it has not obtained IOSS approval. Therefore, please do not make purchases under €150 to the EU and £135 to the UK. If you have made the payment, you can only "cancel" or "purchase additional amounts up to the amount that is not affected by the IOSS tax system".
*In case of cancellation, we will refund the amount after deducting the PayPal fee due to customer's convenience. Also, in that case, there is a high possibility that the amount after deducting the exchange spread and exchange fee will be refunded. Please understand all.
